The tickets for Events and Services offered through the Platform are those related to entertainment experiences, and when concluding a Distance Contract, a specific date for the provision of the respective services is indicated/agreed upon. In these cases, Art. 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act provides an exception to the general rule, allowing consumers to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion. Therefore, cancellation of the Distance Contract (i.e., returning purchased tickets or canceling purchased Services) is only possible if it is provided for in the Distance Contract and within the agreed-upon terms and conditions. The legal rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply in these cases. If you have the right to withdraw from a Distance Contract under the law or based on a Distance Contract, you should exercise your right of withdrawal through the relevant Event Organizer or Service Provider. After payment, you will receive your tickets either in your email or as a hard copy, depending on the event's ticketing policy.

Tickets & travel

The method of ticket delivery depends on the event's ticketing policy. Once full payment is made, Global Events 365 will dispatch the purchased tickets as soon as possible. Physical tickets will be delivered to your address, and for events that allow electronic ticketing, the tickets will be sent to you via email.

If your event is canceled or rescheduled, Global Events 365 will promptly notify you via email with all the relevant details once we obtain more information. Here's what you need to know:

 

If the event organizer offers vouchers or tickets for an alternative event, you don't need to take any action. We will contact you and provide the necessary details. You will be entitled to receive a voucher or tickets for another event.

 

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, no action is required on your part. We will keep you informed once the new date is announced. Unless there is an official announcement stating the event's cancellation, all events are considered valid.
